Mini baked potatoes with Le Guérandais flavoured coarse sea salt

Ingredients

  • 16 medium sized long new potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 25 g Le Guérandais coarse sea salt flavoured with Provençal herbs.
  • 25 g Le Guérandais coarse sea salt
  • Cumin, paprika, dill, dried shallots (or dried onions)

Preparation :

Serves 4

Preheat oven to gas mark 6-7/200°C.
Rinse the potatoes with water, dry them and cut in half lengthways.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a choice of:
- 2 small pinches of Le Guérandais coarse sea salt flavoured with Provençal herbs
- 2 small pinches of Le Guérandais coarse sea salt with a pinch of either cumin, paprika, dill, or dried shallots (or dried onions)

Oven cook for 15-20 minutes without opening the oven, until nicely golden and fluffy.
