The Michelin-starred and local chefs we work with are exceptional cooks with vast territories of expression. Collaborating with such experts contributes greatly to discovering the wide range of flavors and different uses of our intense Le Guérandais products.
Awakening the senses with our chefs
The world of salt marshes is a world apart, and it's often at the bend in a salt marsh that our chefs come to find their inspiration. Season after season, the marshes are decked out in their finest colors, revealing their most beautiful treasures to those who come in search of them. A sound, a smell, a crunch, a taste, an encounter, an emotion.
Our chefs continually contribute to highlighting the salt of our beautiful peninsula, as well as the ancestral work of the salt workers in the marshes, through themed events such as the Fête de la Fleur de Sel Le Guérandais, where already three fine editions have taken place alongside them.
