  • - 80G POPCORN KERNELS
  • - 3 TEASPOONS SUNFLOWER OIL
  • - A PINCH OF LE GUÉRANDAIS FINE SALT

Preparation

  1. Heat a little oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

  2. Test temperature by tossing in 2-3 kernels of corn and cover.

  3. As soon as the corn kernels begin to pop, pour all the corn into the pan, then cover.

  4. Stir regularly, letting in a little air as you lift the lid to prevent the popcorn from burning.

  5. If the popping decreases, the popcorn is ready!

  6. All that's left is to stir in the salt and pour into a bowl.

    Ready to enjoy!
