- 1 EGG + 1 YOLK
- MILK
- 10G LE GUÉRANDAIS FINE SALT
- 30G OF SUGAR
- GRATED ZEST OF AN UNTREATED LEMON
- 1 C. GINGER POWDER
- 30G OF BUTTER
- 450G WHITE FLOUR T55
- 2 C. INSTANT DRIED YEAST

Sweet bread" program
Pour the beaten whole egg and yolk into a measuring cup, then add the milk to make 290 ml of liquid. -
Remove the bowl from the breadmaker and install the kneader.

Pour the egg/milk mixture into the bowl, add the sugar, Le Guérandais fine salt, lemon zest, ginger, butter, then the flour, making sure all the liquid is covered.

Make a well in the center of the flour, without going as far as the liquid, and add the yeast.

Install and lock the bowl of your breadmaker. Select the "sweet bread" program. At the end of the cycle, switch off the machine. Remove the bowl, unmould the bread and leave to cool for one hour before cutting.
