- 1KG LIVE SHRIMP OR PRAWNS
- OLIVE OIL
- 1 BUNCH PARSLEY
- FLEUR DE SEL DE GUÉRANDE LE GUÉRANDAIS
Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan and toss in the live florets. When they have all turned red, remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle generously with Le Guérandais Flower of Guérande Salt.

Fry the parsley in oil. Arrange on top of the shrimp and garnish with a few lemon wedges.

Serve piping hot with toasted country bread and semi-salted butter.
Suggestion: Serve with a Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine.
