Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250G OF FLOUR
  • 125G OF BUTTER
  • 40G SUGAR
  • 1 YELLOW EGG
  • 1 WHOLE EGG
  • 100G OF MILK
  • 250G LIQUID CREAM
  • 1 PINCH LE GUÉRANDAIS GROUND SALT
  • FLEUR DE SEL LE GUÉRANDAIS
  • 125G DARK CHOCOLATE
  • 125G MILK CHOCOLATE

Preparation

  1. For the dough, mix the flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk and a pinch of Le Guérandais Ground Salt until smooth.

  2. Roll out thinly, leave to stand, then shape into a tart base.

  3. Bake at 170°C for about 20 min.

  4. Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan until boiling, then add the chocolate and one egg. Whisk until smooth and pour into the tart shell.

  5. Bake again at 120° for about 10 min.

  6. Sprinkle with Le Guérandais Fleur de sel and serve.

Tip: Why Fleur de sel?

Fleur de sel is a natural flavor enhancer, adding a distinctive violet taste to any food. Sprinkled after cooking, its soft, crunchy texture subtly enhances the taste of every mouthful.
