June and July are an ideal time to visit Guérande's salt marshes, as it's during the summer season that the salt harvest takes place.
Arrival at Terre de Sel
It's late afternoon when Floriane and her companion Pierre, along with Carolane and her friend @Paulettechevalier, arrive at the Guérande salt marshes, more precisely at Terre de sel. The aim of this Le Guérandais subsidiary is to welcome and inform visitors about the Guérande salt marshes, as well as the particularities of salt and the profession of paludier.
They are immediately welcomed by Karine Groizard, the communications and marketing manager, and Laurent Seriat, the cooperative's general manager, who introduce them to the brand and outline the program for the next two days.
A little bit of gourmet goodness!
To get their stay off to a good start, Floriane and Carolane receive a basket filled with Le Guérandais products, which they will sample later in the evening.
A night in a magical natural setting
Next, the girls discover their accommodation right in the center of the Guerande salt marshes. A real little salt worker's house awaits them, with sea and fields as far as the eye can see. It's hard to get more immersive than this very typical cabin, made entirely of wood and nestled in the middle of a magnificent setting.
To take full advantage of this splendid panorama, the two influencers and their loved ones have a Jacuzzi right in the middle of the living room from which they can admire the marshes in their natural state while enjoying a well-deserved moment of relaxation.

After settling in and getting their bearings, there's nothing like discovering the composition of the "panier garni" to try out new recipe ideas for these two young women with a passion for "food".

Entrée:
- Rilette of salmon fillet, dill and ricotta
Plats:
- Carpaccio of sea bream with coconut milk and citrus fruits accompanied by blood orange, pink radish, peanut, dill and shallots.
- Boiled eggs & Fleur de sel with Espelette pepper
Floriane
Plat :
- Cabillaud, saffron sauce (cumin & turmeric), mushrooms and potatoes
Dessert :
- Brioche perdue au caramel beurre salé
Floriane, driven by her adventurous side, decided to try out the sweet and savory combination.
