3 UNTREATED ORANGES
- WATER
- 10G LE GUÉRANDAIS GUÉRANDE SALT
- 2 C. TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 350G WHITE FLOUR T55
- 100G WHOLEMEAL FLOUR T110
- 1,5 C. INSTANT DRIED YEAST

Basic" program

Squeeze the oranges and remove and chop the zest from one of them.

Add water to the orange juice to make a mixture of 290 ml.

Remove the bowl from the breadmaker and install the kneader.

Pour the water/orange juice mixture into the bowl, add the sugar, Le Guérandais salt and orange zest, then the flours, making sure to cover all the water.

Make a well in the center of the flour, without going as far as the liquid, and add the yeast.

Install and lock the bowl of your breadmaker. Select the "basic" program. At the end of the cycle, switch off the machine. Remove the bowl, unmould the bread and leave to cool for one hour before cutting.
