Homemade oven fries with spices and Le Guérandais Flower of Salt

Ingredients

  • 1kg fried potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Spices to taste
  • Le Guérandais Flower of Guérande Salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (th.8).

  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into French fries. Rinse and dry well.

  3. In a bowl, add the fries, pour in the oil, sprinkle with the spices (or herbs) and toss until the fries are well coated.

  4. Carefully spread the fries out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, turning the fries halfway through.

  6. Sprinkle the fries with Le Guérandais Fleur de sel de Guérande just before serving.
